We're three people: two backend developers and me across every project. I'm also a Computer Engineering student at Politehnica Timisoara, and I started Workfused during university because I kept seeing developers over-engineer simple problems and under-deliver on the ones that mattered. A few things we've built recently: A 1403 module Make orchestration system running the backend of an AI SaaS product. Multi tenant, deterministic idempotency on every write, exponential backoff retry, and several API integrations under one correlation key. That client came back three times for different projects. bookd.ro, our own multi industry scheduling SaaS for the Romanian market, live in production. Built to compete with the largest Romanian booking platforms: WhatsApp integration for smart scheduling, end to end encryption, performant billing, and the most complete dashboard of any competitor. Built entirely in house. A 962 module SMS and email automation engine for a home services company handling hundreds of inbound calls a day across 200 websites, with AI voice agents, technician dispatch routing, and automated client conversations. A purchase order processing platform that uses vision to pull structured data from scanned PDFs, fuzzy matches against product catalogs in PostgreSQL, and exports to ERP at over 95% accuracy, with a correction layer that learns from its mistakes. Alongside the core work, we also run a 550 module crypto signal engine that scrapes and scores trading channels, autonomous video pipelines built on our own FFmpeg rendering stack instead of paid services like JSON2Video or Veed, and 28 custom Apify scrapers in production. I care about cost as much as the build. Where others reach for $300 to $800 a month in rendering services, we write the scripts ourselves. Where others burn Make operations without thinking, we optimize every scenario. Same output, $50 a month instead of $900.
