Most automations fail quietly. The scenario still shows green, no one gets an error, and three weeks later you find out leads stopped reaching your CRM. I build automations that tell you the moment something breaks, and I stay on to fix them. Here is what that means in practice. Every system I ship has error handling, retries, and an alert that reaches you and me when a step fails. There is a log you can open and read yourself. When an API changes on the other end, you hear it from me, not from a customer. Some of what I have built: - A SaaS client was taking six hours to reply to new leads. I rebuilt the path end to end: instant capture, enrichment, CRM sync, and follow up that changes based on what the lead does. Reply time went under three minutes within two days. I still run that system. - A 30 day build in Make, Airtable, Stripe and SendGrid that pulled ten separate signup forms into one member record system: permanent first touch attribution, duplicate blocking so the same person never lands twice, an error rail that catches bad payloads instead of losing them, and Stripe checkout and email sending wired on top. Largest single project on my Upwork record, and it turned into an ongoing monthly retainer. - A prospecting engine in Apify, Make and OpenAI that pulls retail leads weekly, scores them, and drops them into the pipeline with no manual review. I work on lead capture and routing, CRM cleanup and syncing, client onboarding, invoicing and receipts, WhatsApp and email follow up, reporting dashboards, and AI voice agents that book straight into a calendar. Tools: Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Stripe, Twilio, Vapi, OpenAI, Claude, webhooks and custom API work. Good fit: agencies and companies with real lead volume and three or four tools that do not talk to each other. Not a good fit: one Zap you need set up today for twenty dollars.
