I build AI automation in n8n, Make, Zapier and GoHighLevel, with error handling and alerts so you know the moment something breaks, and I stay on to fix it. Most automations fail quietly. The scenario still shows green, no one gets an error, and three weeks later you find out leads stopped reaching your CRM. Every system I ship has retries, an alert that reaches you and me when a step fails, and a log you can open and read yourself. When an API changes on the other end, you hear it from me, not from a customer. Recent work • Cut a SaaS client's lead reply time from six hours to under three minutes with instant capture, enrichment, CRM sync, and follow-up that adapts to what the lead does. I still run it. • A 30-day build in Make, Airtable, Stripe and SendGrid that merged ten signup forms into one member record system, with first-touch attribution, duplicate blocking, and an error rail for bad payloads. It became a monthly retainer. • A weekly prospecting engine in Apify, Make and OpenAI that pulls retail leads, scores them, and drops them into the pipeline with no manual review. • GoHighLevel builds since 2021: pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars, custom objects, and AI voice agents that answer calls and book into a calendar. What I work on: lead capture and routing, CRM cleanup and syncing, AI agents and chatbots, client onboarding, invoicing, WhatsApp and email follow-up, reporting dashboards.
