Meta Ads Creative Specialist | Creative Testing & Campaign Operations

Throwing more ads into Meta for "creative refresh" is easy. Designing tests you can actually learn from is harder. I help performance marketing teams turn creative ideas into structured Meta Ads tests. From research and angle development to campaign setup, analysis, and the next iteration. My background sits between creative strategy, high-volume Meta production, and hands-on media buying. In my current role, I’ve produced 13,000+ Meta ad creatives across Amazon, Walmart, and other retail campaigns, supporting roughly 8–10 campaign launches per day. I also built AI-assisted workflows and prompt systems that increased my personal creative output by around 2–3×. But volume alone isn’t the interesting part. I care about making the test logically defensible: What variable are we testing? What stays controlled? What metric actually determines the winner? What did we learn? What should we test next? For example, in a recent Mandarin trial-class campaign, I built a controlled test across 5 creatives while keeping the audience, offer, CTA, and core proposition consistent. The highest-CTR creative wasn’t the actual lead-gen winner. Another static ad generated all 7 leads at ~Rp14.6K / $0.90 CPL. I used that result to design the next test while holding the winning composition constant and changing the audience/message variable. I’ve also run smaller-budget Meta campaigns end-to-end, with results including: - 30–40% lower CPL on a webinar lead-gen campaign, while maintaining an 8% webinar conversion rate. - Reduced CPL from Rp1,938 → Rp1,022 (~47% lower) on an education campaign that generated 81 leads and later grew to a 500+ member community. - 13,000+ creatives produced, with high-volume experience across dozens of consumer product categories. My strongest area is the overlap between creative thinking and execution. I can develop angles and hooks, build variations, work inside Meta Ads Manager, read performance signals, and turn what happened into the next testing direction. I’m also heavily into AI. Not just generating random hooks with ChatGPT ofc, but building repeatable systems for research, angle generation, creative production, naming, organization, and QA. My general process is: Research → Hypothesis → Build → Launch → Analyze → Iterate I’m especially interested in teams that want someone who can eventually own more than campaign execution. Someone who can understand why a test exists, interpret the result, and gradually take more responsibility for creative strategy and performance decisions. If that sounds like what you’re building, send me your current Meta setup and I’ll tell you what I’d investigate first. (P.S. The video is an old one, currently filming a new one}
