I also have professional experience in oncology and infusion scheduling, where our department coordinated more than 100 patients per day across approximately 80 infusion beds. My healthcare scheduling background includes infusion services, MRI, CT, ultrasound, breast imaging, cardiology, specialty referrals, and other complex medical appointments. I’m also highly experienced in healthcare case-management documentation, confidential medical information, provider communication, and coordinating the many administrative pieces involved in specialty care. My Philosophy: Follow Through One of the biggest frustrations in healthcare is being told: “Call your doctor.” “Call your insurance company.” “We haven’t received the referral.” “Call us back when they send it.” My approach is different. When appropriately authorized, I work to determine: Where did the process stop? What information is missing? Who needs to be contacted? What needs to happen next?
