I help property management teams get vendors sourced, qualified, and quoting — fast. I currently work as a vendor coordinator for a US property services platform, where I onboard vendors across 14+ states, issue RFPs and Scopes of Work, and collect estimates for landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, concrete and fence repair, and general commercial maintenance.
