SEO Specialist | Administrative Assistant | Back Office Support When organic traffic drops or daily tasks pile up, you need someone to investigate the problem, clarify priorities, and move the work forward. I’m Wengielyn Alegre. I help business owners address SEO issues and manage the behind-the-scenes work that takes time away from clients and business decisions. Here’s where I can support you: • SEO & Organic Traffic Analysis — Investigate traffic changes, review website issues, and identify keyword opportunities. I translate findings into practical recommendations so you know what needs attention and why. • Administrative Support — Manage inboxes, calendars, documents, and follow-ups to keep commitments on track and reduce the work waiting on you. • Back Office Operations — Maintain CRM records, organize data, and conduct detailed research so your team can work with accurate, accessible information. • AI-Assisted Workflows — Use AI tools to speed up research, organize information, and support repetitive tasks, with human review for accuracy and relevance. Working with me means having someone who looks beyond the immediate request, flags missing details, and keeps you informed. We agree on the scope, priorities, and deadlines so you know what to expect. My toolkit includes Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Rank Math, WordPress, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Tell me what needs fixing, what’s taking too much of your time, and what outcome you want. I’ll help you define a clear starting point and a manageable scope of work.
