Mursel G.

I am a Certified Salesforce Developer and Administrator with over six years of experience designing, developing, and managing Salesforce environments that drive measurable business impact. My technical expertise spans Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST APIs. I specialize in building end-to-end solutions that streamline operations and optimize data flow across systems such as NetSuite, ZoomInfo, Gong, Pendo, HubSpot, DealHub CPQ, and Zapier. In my current role, I oversee and manage the entire Salesforce org, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. I work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to tailor Salesforce to their operational needs—whether integrating new systems, improving the UI, or building automations that simplify and accelerate daily workflows. I also handle lead routing, manage data imports (including event leads), and develop custom integrations and workflows in Zapier to connect Salesforce with other critical business platforms. Collaborating directly with stakeholders, I gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance productivity, reporting accuracy, and cross-team alignment.
