I am a licensed US immigration attorney and the managing partner of Altius Immigration Law, a dedicated immigration law firm headquartered in Washington, DC, representing clients in all 50 states and worldwide. As an immigration attorney, I regularly advise individuals and companies on all aspects of US immigration law, including in obtaining non-immigrant visas, permanent residence (green cards), and US citizenship. I represent clients in in a variety of industries, providing personalized immigration advice to entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors, academics, as well as artists, athletes and other professionals. In addition, I am well-versed in issues related to violations of US immigration law and draw on my experience in successfully litigating complex cases before immigration courts to provide strategic solutions to irregular situations. EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS I earned my law degree from Georgetown University, one of the preeminent universities in the United States where I graduated with honors. I am admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia, and licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states. Prior to founding Altius Immigration Law, I was a lawyer at other firms, including a major global law firm. LANGUAGES: I am a native speaker of Portuguese and French and fluent in English and Spanish.
