Wilfe D.

Hi, I’m Wilfe Dorong, but feel free to call me Wil! I spent 7 years in the BPO industry before transitioning to remote work, where I handled calls, chats, and emails. When the pandemic hit, many BPO companies shifted to remote work, which I initially thought wasn’t feasible due to strict security protocols. But, to my surprise, it happened, and it worked out. Now, I’m aiming for a full-time work-from-home setup, allowing me to spend more time with my family while continuing to support them financially. In my free time, I love visiting beaches and mountains to recharge and reconnect with nature. It’s a great way for me to clear my mind and refresh myself for the challenges ahead.
