Today I help organizations design and improve workflow heavy operational systems using tools like Airtable, Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs, AI-assisted workflows, and automation platforms. A lot of the work I take on sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and workflow coordination: - disconnected processes - repetitive manual work - unreliable reporting - workflow bottlenecks - messy handoffs between teams/tools - and automations that technically work, but become difficult to manage operationally over time My approach is business first, not tool first. Before building anything, I focus on understanding how work actually moves through the organization, where operational friction exists, and what should be fixed, simplified, automated, or restructured first. Some clients come to me for implementation help. Others need help diagnosing why workflows are breaking down in the first place. Often it’s a mix of both. I’ve worked across workflow automation, systems integration, reporting processes, CRM coordination, operational dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and internal tooling where the goal was improving reliability, visibility, and day-to-day operations, not just connecting software together.
