Getting no replies from your cold emails? Landing in spam? Or have you never sent cold email at all and don't know where to start? Either way, I can help. I work with B2B companies and agencies on cold email. Some already have a setup that isn't working, and I fix it and take over running it. Others are starting from nothing, and I build the whole thing from scratch and then manage it. If you're starting from zero, you don't need to know anything technical. You don't need a list, a tool, domains or copy. I handle all of it: 1. The list. We work out who your ideal customer is. I build the list in Apollo, Sales Navigator or Clay and check every email before it goes into a campaign. Anyone who doesn't fit gets removed. I'd rather send to 800 right people than 5,000 random ones. If you want, I can use your provided list as well. 2. The setup. Domains, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warmup and daily sending limits. Gmail and Outlook are a lot stricter than they used to be, so this has to be done carefully. New domains need a few weeks of warmup before the first campaign goes out, so I do this while the list is being built. 3. The campaigns. I write the sequences, build them in Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, and launch with a small test first. When the replies show it's working, we scale it up. 4. The management. After launch I handle the replies, watch inbox health, refresh the list and send you a simple weekly report. The report covers replies and opportunities, not open rates. All I need from you at the start is a short call about what you sell and who you sell to. Some results from a recent campaign (live Instantly data): - One B2B campaign, 998 contacts: 54 replies (5.4%) and 17 opportunities in about three weeks. 17 of the 54 replies were marked as opportunities, which tells me the list was targeted well. - Another four-week stretch, 3,400+ emails across several inboxes: 9 opportunities.
