My focuses are in 2D material growth by CVD, and exploration of optical, electrical and electrochemical properties on various substrates and stacks. My projects include 2D materials for optical devices, low-energy nonvolatile resistive random access memory (RRAM) in the semiconductor space, and hydrogen fuel cell MEA technology development. Experienced in R&D environments through academic research, R&D at Intel, Canon, and JSR Micro and HVM ramp and process integration engineering at Samsung. Technical startup experience at BattGenie,Lab91 and the Austin Technology Incubator.
