Missed calls cost you bookings, revenue, and repeat customers. I build AI voice agents and VoIP systems that answer 24/7, book appointments, route calls, and sound genuinely human — so your phone stops being a bottleneck. I'm a Top Rated, 100% Job Success VoIP engineer with 20+ years in telecom and 5+ years building production voice AI agents. I've shipped agents for clinics, restaurants, fintech, and coaching businesses across the US, UAE, Australia, and India — handling real-world problems like appointment booking, multilingual support, call transfers, and SIP routing that actually works in production. I cover the complete voice stack: Carrier/SIP → Kamailio/PBX/CPaaS → STT → LLM → TTS → CRM/API/Calendar What I can do for you: - AI voice agents that book, answer, qualify, and convert — ElevenLabs, Retell AI, Vapi, OpenAI, Ultravox, Pipecat, LiveKit, Dograh — with barge-in, interruption handling, and natural turn-taking - AI automation — WhatsApp/Telegram bots, Harmis Agent, MCP servers, function calling, and integrations with all major LLMs and APIs - End-to-end VoIP/PBX systems — Asterisk, FreePBX, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, SBC, load balancing, failover, high availability - CPaaS — Twilio, Plivo, Telnyx, SignalWire, Bandwidth, Vonage, Sinch, Agora - Multilingual & localized agents (EN/HI/TA/Indian languages and more, with AU/NZ/UAE localization) - Custom tools, API integrations, calendar booking, CRM, and call routing - Full-stack delivery when needed — Node.js, React, REST APIs Unlike no-code "prompt and pray" builders, I bring real SIP/RTP engineering depth — I troubleshoot one-way audio, NAT traversal, codec mismatches, and carrier interoperability at the packet level. Your system stays reliable, scalable, and secure under real call volume. If you want a voice agent that sounds human and a phone system that just works, let's talk. Tell me what's breaking or what you're trying to launch, and I'll tell you exactly how I'd build it.
