Hi, I'm Arda. I build Flutter apps for iOS and Android, and I also publish and grow my own apps on the App Store. That second part is what makes me different from most developers here: I know what it takes to get an app approved, found and downloaded, because I do it for my own apps. A few things I've built: Outfit Rater is an AI app that scores your outfit and tells you how to improve it. I built it alone and it's live on the App Store. It got over 1,500 downloads in its first 6 months without a single paid ad. Most of that came from localizing the store listing for Japan, Korea, Italy and Turkey. Ratings are between 4.3 and 5 stars depending on the country. My first app was an AI art generator. It went viral and passed 100,000 downloads on Google Play. It ran on an SDXL and ComfyUI backend I set up on my own GPU servers, with subscriptions through RevenueCat. Ember is a daily quotes and journal app in 10 languages, with home screen widgets and a paywall. Popfoto is a film camera and photo booth app I made for Japanese and Korean users. It's my current experiment with Asian markets. To grow these apps I built my own ASO tool, Opportunity Analyzer. It tracks keywords, tests different titles and screenshots through App Store Connect, and looks for app ideas in different markets. What I learn from my own apps goes straight into the advice I give clients. On the client side (under NDA), I worked as a CTO-level lead on an AI health platform for over 400 hours: Flutter app, NestJS backend, AI coaching with several LLMs, HealthKit and Health Connect, subscriptions. I've also shipped features for two client apps that are live on the App Store. So far I have 100% Job Success and 5 stars on every contract.
