GTM Systems Architect | AI-Powered RevOps & Growth | B2B Sales Leader
I am not a consultant who advises from the outside. I am a builder who stays until the system runs. Most of the clients who find me have already hired someone to advise them. They got a framework, a deck, or a set of recommendations — and then the person left. The system didn’t run. The problem is still there, compounded by the time lost. What I build instead: revenue infrastructure that operates. Outbound engines. AI automation pipelines. Voice agents. Full-stack web applications. Discovery frameworks that turn a 30-minute call into a scoped engagement. Each system is architected across three layers simultaneously — the data layer, the logic layer, and the human execution layer — because that’s the only way it actually runs when I’m gone. What this looks like in practice: For a managed security channel operator moving upmarket, I deployed a fully automated GTM engine in six weeks: 7,000+ enriched records, 8,000+ sequenced leads, subdomain isolation, bidirectional CRM sync, and proprietary prompt chains battle-tested through 20+ iterations. The client’s four-person ops team couldn’t keep pace with what the system generated in week one. For an enterprise AI automation platform, I designed the entire GTM system from first principles — vertical intelligence infrastructure, a four-bucket prospect psychology model, a 100-point live qualification scorecard, seven target verticals with full playbook mapping, and a channel sales recruiting pipeline with 28 calibrated interview questions. One architect. One engagement. Concept to C-suite handoff. For a behavioral frameworks client, I built a three-axis business case routing system that maps prospect psychology to the correct value argument post-discovery — then wrapped it in an AI-powered executive communication persona system that automates the output from client intake to polished deliverable. For a full-stack build, I designed, built, and deployed a production React 18 / Node.js web application on self-managed Linux infrastructure — Nginx, PM2, Let’s Encrypt TLS, Git-based deployment — concept to live in a single working session. Current proof: The Opportunity Hunter — my own proposal intelligence system, live on Upwork: • 53% open rate • 33% interview rate • Built on the same diagnostic-first architecture I deploy for clients This is what the system produces when applied to a contained problem. The same logic scales to a full GTM build. What I work on: • Outbound GTM infrastructure (Apollo / HubSpot / signal-based sequencing) • AI automation pipelines and prompt engineering systems • ElevenLabs voice agent design and deployment — inbound and outbound • Full-stack web applications (React 18 / Node.js / Linux VPS / production deployment) • Sales methodology and discovery framework design • RevOps architecture — CRM build, workflow automation, operational overhaul • GTM strategy for AI platform launches and vertical market entry What I don’t do: I don’t do implementation-only work. I don’t do template delivery. I don’t advise and disengage. If you need someone to click buttons in HubSpot, I’m not the right fit and I’ll tell you that directly. If you need the architecture built and running — I am.
