GTM Engineer | AI-Operated Revenue Data, Attribution & Automation

I build the revenue-side plumbing most companies are missing: pipelines that catch leads before they leak, integrations that join marketing and sales data into one picture, and automations that put real numbers behind decisions. It runs server-side, on real infrastructure: Postgres, edge functions, scheduled jobs, automated health checks. If a tool has an API, I can wire it in. Stacks I've wired recently: HubSpot, GA4 and BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Stripe, Databricks, Webflow, Shopify, Slack, Brevo, Warmly, Microsoft Clarity, Google Sheets and Docs. About half of those I learned the week a project needed them. A good API is a good API; the hard part is knowing what to build. Recent results: FINDING MONEY THE STACK WAS LOSING - Instrumented a SaaS company's Webflow forms server-side and found about one in nine sales-form submissions never reached HubSpot. Ad blockers were killing the booking script and nothing logged an error. The fix: the form now creates the HubSpot contact itself at submit, carrying the Google Ads click ID the old flow was dropping, and leaked leads get replayed through the live scheduling router. - Caught an affiliate program misconfiguration that had been overpaying commissions for months. Cost before the catch: tens of thousands of dollars. - Found that a clinic group's web tracking had been dead for nine months while they kept buying ads, and that roughly 4 out of 10 trackable ad dollars were buying competitor-brand searches. - Analyzed half a million phone calls and showed ~1,400 prospects a month abandoning inside the IVR menu before ever reaching a human. The fix was in the menu configuration, no new hires needed. MAKING DATA ANSWER QUESTIONS - Centralized a company's marketing data on Databricks: analytics, CRM, scheduling, billing, ad platforms, and 5,000+ sales-call transcripts joined in one warehouse. Then connected AI agents to it, so questions get answered from data, directly accessible to founders and managers. - Built the pipelines that feed it: server-side webhooks, scheduled API pulls, visitor de-anonymization. Automated health checks and alerts included, so data quality doesn't depend on someone remembering to look. - Mapped full user journeys from anonymous visitor to closed deal: every data source, every join key, with measured match rates and the broken links documented. REMOVING THE WEBSITE BOTTLENECK - Webflow CMS driven by API: new pages live in minutes instead of days. - Rolled out 9 site localizations simultaneously in about a week, with an automated gate that catches bad machine translation before it ships to production. - Search Console, Tag Manager, the CMS, and the ad platforms joined into one picture. THE AI PART I work AI-natively, and it shows up two ways. How I work: I run my own operation on Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic platform), wired into live tools through APIs and MCP. It's why one person can scope, build, document, and monitor systems that used to take a small team, and why I can quote most work as a flat package. What you can buy, if you want it: an AI operating layer for your team. One place that knows your business, runs your workflows, and connects to the tools you already use. Your staff runs it from a chat window; the knowledge base is plain documents they edit like any other file. Portable across AI models, no platform lock-in. I've built these for marketing knowledge bases, sales-call objection libraries, and document engines that turn a transcript into a slide packet and a CRM record. Plenty of my work involves no AI at all; often a script is the right tool. HOW I ENGAGE - Start with the read-only diagnostic. Scoped, read-only access to your stack; I map where leads and data go missing and what that costs you. Flat fee, most run $1,500-3,000, about two weeks. And you keep more than a report: finding the leaks means wiring your data up so it can be asked questions, so you walk away with a monitoring setup that keeps answering them after I'm done. Fixed-scope build. A defined deliverable or workflow: I scope, build, test on real data, and hand it over documented. - Build and handoff. I build it and train your team to run it from chat. - Build and run. I build it and stay on for the ongoing work: monitoring, analysis, expansions, recommendations. All access is read-only until you say otherwise. Anything that writes gets tested in a sandbox first, and everything is documented at handoff. There's a number you probably don't know: how many of the people who try to reach you (website forms, ads, phone calls, DMs) never make it into your systems. Message me and I'll tell you how I'd find it in your stack and what it would take.
