Emails landing in spam? Bouncing? Rejected by Gmail or Outlook? I find the exact cause, then fix it, in that order. I audited their 200-record Cloudflare zone and found: • A DMARC policy on a sending subdomain that was overriding the root domain's reject policy • A softfail SPF record • An outdated 1024-bit DKIM key • Stale MX records from a former provider • Broken tracking links They received a 30-day remediation plan, the reasoning behind every DNS change, a backup plan, and a plain-English summary for their marketing lead. HOW I WORK 1. Diagnose first. A short, fixed-scope audit with a written report: what's broken, why, and what to fix in priority order. 2. Implement second. Scoped separately, so you know exactly what you're paying for before anything changes. 3. Document everything. Every change is explained in plain English. At an internet service provider I helped manage CentOS hosting and mail servers, monitored IPs for abuse and blacklisting, investigated brute-force attacks, and handled a high-volume queue of email, connectivity and hardware issues. • Seven years of independent IT consulting, plus field work as an NCR technician. • CySA+ cybersecurity training completed in 2025. • I'm used to explaining technical problems to non-technical people and keeping clean records.
