I also handle ongoing updates and maintenance for existing sites. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Full-service strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. I currently manage social for clients in healthcare, wellness, finance, golf and hospitality, and professional services, so I know how to adapt voice and strategy to your industry rather than forcing a template on it. MARKETING SUPPORT Email newsletters, Substack management, content calendars, launch support, and ad coordination. I work comfortably in Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, and the rest of the modern marketing stack. OPERATIONS AND ADMIN CRM setup and migration (Dubsado, HoneyBook), client onboarding systems, ClickUp and project management buildouts, invoicing and QuickBooks support, SOPs, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps a business moving.
