I was born and also am currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. In August 2020 I successfully completed my education as a commercial clerk with the Swiss Federal VET diploma. This November I’ve completed my 120-hour-TEFL-course in Prague at the Language House. During my training, I’ve taught eight adult classes and two private lessons ranging from beginner to advanced students. In my past positions, I have been able to greet and advise patients and clients of all ages with my friendly nature and learn how to keep calm in hectic situations. On a daily basis I was steadily in contact with insurance companies and other clinics and feel self-assured in communicating with internal and external parties. I have profound Microsoft Office and an advanced level of English skills. I have a bit of French knowledge and also started learning Swedish this year. I really appreciate working in a well-functioning team. I am self-sufficient, goal-oriented and like to add my sense of humor into every room I enter. You can count on my commitment and enthusiasm. I would very much welcome every opportunity I can get.
