Max M.
Senior Product Designer | SaaS UI/UX, Figma, Design Systems, AI
Complex SaaS and enterprise products can reach a point where workflows make sense internally, but not to the people using them. I help teams untangle that complexity and turn it into clear, shippable experiences. I’m Max, a Senior Product Designer with 14 years in UX/UI and experience spanning Atlassian, Deloitte and EPAM. Across my career, I’ve worked on established platforms used by global teams and on emerging products still finding the right shape. The scale changes, but the challenge is often the same, understand what users need, make complex logic easier to follow and give the team clarity about what to build next. I do my best work on B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data-heavy tools, onboarding journeys and AI-enabled products, particularly where clarity, consistency and trust matter. I can help with: • Product discovery and strategy: stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, service blueprints and concept validation • End-to-end product design: user flows, information architecture, wireframes, UI design and interactive Figma prototypes • UX research and optimisation: user interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, UX audits and prioritised recommendations • Design systems: scalable components, patterns, documentation, governance and WCAG-aligned accessibility • AI product design: human-in-the-loop workflows, rapid exploration and testable prototypes I can lead a project from discovery through developer handoff or join an existing product team when senior design support is needed at a critical stage. I don’t disappear into Figma and return with a big reveal. I involve the right people early, ask direct questions and make the reasoning behind design decisions visible. I work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders so that what we design is valuable to users, commercially sensible and realistic to build. You can expect organised Figma files, considered interaction states, accessible designs and practical developer handoff, not just polished screens with unresolved decisions behind them. I also use AI where it genuinely improves the process, including research synthesis, workflow exploration and rapid prototyping. It helps me move faster, but it does not replace product judgement, user evidence or thoughtful collaboration. If you’re trying to simplify a product, validate a new direction or get a complex feature ready for development, send me a message. Tell me what users are struggling with and where the team is stuck, and I’ll give you an honest view of how I can help.
