Customer Service Representive|Virtual Assistant

I have nearly 6 years of experience working as a Customer Service Associate for Macy’s online shop, where I helped customers through email, chat, and voice support. This role helped me build strong communication skills, which I continue to improve by speaking and writing in English every day. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate company for 1 year and 4 months. My tasks included calling leads to offer investment opportunities, sending emails to FSBO leads, and replying to text messages. In addition, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a retail company, where my main role was helping retain customer subscriptions.
