FORMULATION & LABORATORY DEVELOPMENT You can bring me a product brief, an existing formula that needs improvement, or a specific problem with texture, dispersion, foam or processing. Depending on your project, I deliver: • A quantitative formula with ingredient functions, grades and sourcing recommendations. • A manufacturing method with the mixing sequence and critical process conditions. • Physical bench prototypes, documented observations and agreed formulation revisions. • QC targets, a stability or validation test plan, and technical notes for your manufacturer. My formulation work covers skincare, haircare, balms, oils, cleansers and household products. I also take on selected powdered beverage and supplement projects. The scope distinguishes the work carried out in my laboratory from external testing and scale-up. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & INTERNATIONAL MARKET ACCESS Before you print packaging, commit to a supplier or prepare a launch, I can check the product classification, ingredients, labels, claims and supporting documentation. Deliverables can include an annotated label, corrected wording, a document-gap matrix, a supplier information request, or a market-by-market action plan. I support projects for the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with the scope agreed for the specific product and destination. My work includes cosmetic PIF/DIP gap reviews and pre-CPSR preparation; REACH, CLP, SDS and UFI/PCN support for chemical products; GPSR reviews; food supplement labelling and claims; and selected medical-device documentation and EUDAMED support.
