Created an integrated workflow from candidate registration through final deployment: a master registration file that dynamically split into recruiter-specific background check sheets, reassembled with updated statuses, tracked training attendance, distributed observers to polling stations, and handed off data to the election-day analysis team. ⟣ 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 Contributed to an Airtable PLM system for a clothing brand in the US covering the entire journey from collection design through sample requests, factory reviews, spec adjustments, PO management, and shipment tracking. Over 30 linked tables with clean role-based Interfaces so team members never touch the backend. ⟣ 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦 Replaced a manual Google Sheets workflow with a full Airtable base for a training organization in the UK. Automated Google Calendar event creation, trainer invitations, booking confirmations, certificate generation, and invoice tracking. Staff now manage everything through clean Interfaces without touching the underlying data. ⟣ 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘺 𝘈𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘴 Delivered quantitative research and policy evaluation projects for leading international development organisations in Georgia, including cost-benefit analyses of Georgian capital market reforms for USAID, a multi-criteria analysis decision tool for UNDP, regulatory impact assessments for PwC, market studies for GIZ, data analysis and visualization for an EU agricultural program, an impact assessment of women's entrepreneurship grants for HERA, and a market research of oil products for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. Methods used across these projects include regression analysis, scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and econometric testing, delivered in Python, R, Stata, and Excel.
