I’m a Danish freelancer working remotely with customer support, translation, localisation, and operational support. I’ve been in the freelance space for many years and have worked with international clients across different industries, mainly serving English-speaking and US-based markets. A large part of my work has been customer support via email, chat, and phone. I handle inquiries, resolve issues, support pre-sales communication, and make sure customers receive clear, correct answers. I’m used to working independently, following processes, and documenting my work properly so nothing is missed. I also work with translation and localisation between Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, and German. My focus is on making content sound natural and intuitive in the target language rather than translated. This includes customer communication, website content, short technical texts, UI strings, and internal documentation. Alongside language and support work, I’ve handled administrative and coordination tasks such as research, data entry, system updates, and structured documentation. I’m comfortable working with common tools like Shopify, support ticket systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases, and I adapt quickly to new tools and workflows. I work as a freelancer and live as a digital nomad, which gives me flexibility and availability for ongoing remote work. I value clear communication, reliability, and doing the work properly. I’m looking for long-term collaborations where consistency and trust matter more than speed.
