WEBSITE, SEO & AI SEARCH WINS: → Rebuilt the website and set up local SEO for a private counseling practice. Monthly visits went from 58 to 250+, and the practice picked up 3 new clients in the first 28 days. Created its first Google Business Profile, which logged 59 interactions in its first month. It moved from 5th to 3rd in Google Maps for its main local search. → Optimized the same practice for AI search (AEO/GEO): LocalBusiness schema, consistent business details across directories, and content written to answer patient questions. In repeated tests, ChatGPT and Perplexity named it first for "therapist in [town]," and it placed top 2 across ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Mode. → Rebuilt the Shopify store for a Berkeley coffee roaster: new theme, 17 search-targeted pages indexed, subscriptions, tasting bookings, wholesale inquiry forms, and GA4 lead tracking. Daily orders roughly doubled in the weeks after launch. → Rebuilt the WordPress site for a window and door installer: service-area and builder pages, rewritten titles and meta descriptions, spam-filtered quote forms routed to the owner, and Search Console indexing. → Built a Next.js website and booking system for an Australian service business: online bookings with Stripe deposits, a staff admin, and automated email notifications. → Finished and launched a Framer site: SEO cleanup, social share previews, 7 HubSpot forms, legal pages, and mobile and tablet fixes. → Served as interim CEO of a 20-year-old martial arts academy losing $6K+/mo. Rebuilt the website and onboarding, automated communications, and brought it to profitability in 7 weeks. The academy reported 22 new clients after the update.
