Ahmed S.

I’m Ahmed Salah, a mechanical engineering graduate currently working in project coordination, operations support, and administrative roles within remote, fast-paced teams. I support project managers and operations teams by turning discussions into clear tasks, tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and keeping workflows organized using tools like Jira, Slack, Git-based platforms, and Google Workspace. Earlier in my career, I worked extensively in cold calling and appointment setting across real estate, B2B marketing, roofing, and construction. Building on that experience, I went on to start my own real estate lead generation agency, where I focused on designing workflows, managing CRMs and pipelines, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating delivery across multiple accounts. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work with structured processes- skills I now apply in coordination and operations-focused roles. I’m fluent in English and Arabic, quick to learn new systems, and highly detail-oriented. I’m known for being reliable, proactive, and clear in communication, especially when managing tasks and deadlines for others.
