I have worked in TV Production & Marketing for 23 years as both a freelance Executive Producer, as a Senior Vice President at a production company, and currently as a Senior Director at a streaming network. Currently I work for start-up streamer TUBI, which is a division of Fox. For them, I am overseeing production of the talk show “We Got Time Today with Deion Sanders,” as well as development of a slate of new programming launching in 2025. Prior to working for Tubi, I was the Executive Producer of a successful series on HGTV called Rico to the Rescue - which ran for 2 seasons and 16 episodes. On this program I oversaw both field production and post, and acted as the finish editor for all episodes. Before that, as Senior Vice President of Dorsey Pictures, I wrote treatments, developed sales strategies, pitched concepts, and worked in the field directing & producing both large & small budget productions. I was also the finish editor in house for all deliverables. At Dorsey, we specialized in shows across many genres, including crime (Accident, Suicide or Murder for Oxygen Network) Housing Trends (Tiny House: Big Living, Building off the Grid, and Maine Cabin Masters for HGTV) Urban Design (Decor Remixed for TV One) and even live events (Red Rocks Live in VR for META.) During 8 years at the company, I developed and produced & edited on 12 different series. At the beginning of my career, I worked as an in-house show-runner & editor for one of the largest producers of unscripted TV: Eyeworks USA. I was assigned various projects to oversee from inception to completion. As a start-up, we built a portfolio of over 100 TV shows for almost ever major broadcaster and cable network in television. Our most popular projects included The Biggest Loser (NBC) Masterchef (Fox) Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition (ABC) Beauty & The Geek (CW) and Bar Rescue (for Paramount.)
