PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: My in-house experience includes senior legal roles at SBI Life Insurance, IDBI Federal Life Insurance and DCB Bank, covering commercial contracting, legal advisory, regulatory matters and dispute management. I focus on tailored drafting rather than generic templates, clear communication and commercially practical solutions.
