With my expertise and nearly 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, my background includes handling multiple roles across various accounts such as serving as email support for Wish, an online shopping platform (2016-2018); working as a Quality Analyst (voice and email support for customer and driver retention, 2018-2023) for Postmates and Uber; and currently, contributing to a content moderation campaign at Discord as a Quality Analyst as well (2023-Present).
