RELEVANT EXPERIENCE At Halstead Media Group, I support the Marketing Technology Director with CRM integrations and client HubSpot implementations, including account setup, data imports, user configuration, workflow creation, and training. Previously, as an Implementation Project Manager at Red Spot Interactive, I managed 10–20 concurrent onboarding accounts for a healthcare-focused CRM platform. I gathered technical requirements and coordinated API integrations involving practice management software, phone and SMS providers, payment processors, email, and Google Ads and Analytics. My broader systems experience includes HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Zapier.
