Francesca V.

I lived in New York, I lived in Italy, and now I live in Asia. Next I'm heading to Africa in 6 months. Because if you're serious about logistics, you go where the containers move. I’m Francesca. Supply Chain Specialist. Operations Architect. Global systems thinker. I don’t just manage logistics. I build systems that make them run better. My Background: - Director of Operations at AIESEC US (NYC-based) - Head of Operations in AIESEC Italy - Coordinated over 300+ cross-border exchanges - Visa runs, housing, partner coordination, emergency protocols — all included - Built workflows to move people, processes, and documents across 20+ countries It may have looked like “intern coordination”; But it was real-world logistics at scale. What I Can Build for You: - Procurement + Vendor workflows - Inventory movement systems - Purchase order tracking - Permit renewal calendars - International documentation checklists - Dashboards that actually help decision-making - Contingency plans when stuff goes wrong (and it will) If you’ve got moving parts, I’ll organize them. If you’ve got delays, I’ll fix the bottlenecks. If you’ve got ambitions, I’ll build systems that scale with them. Why I’m Different: - I study logistics academically! - Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Supply Chain & Logistics - I use frameworks backed by research, not guesswork - I know how to lead, but more importantly, I know how to execute What You Get When You Hire Me: - Global perspective - Local execution - Tools and systems that last - A network built on goodwill over my 4 years of experience ready to mobilize - Someone who treats your business like her own You don’t need to be global. I’ll take you there. Let’s build your logistics backbone together. Your operations deserve better than chaos. Let’s turn them into a system. Send a message. Let’s talk.
