Emery D.

A long-time tech geek, I have decades of experience, both formally and informally, building computers, troubleshooting issues, building networks, developing SOPs, and explaining complex concepts so just about anyone can understand them in both the written and spoken word. I have some limited experience helping create help documents at my current and previous jobs. I am A+, Net+, and Security+ certified. I would be open to creating knowledge base articles, user manuals, SOPs, or articles concerning different technical issues. I've written several fantasy novels, one recently self-published, and I have worked with editors on two of them, so I am familiar with the process. I would be open to ghost-writing or proofreading. If you want to see my work, please ask, and I'd be happy to provide samples of my work. I would like to get into product marketing, review, and e-storefront descriptions. Familiar with the SEO process. I am willing to work for cheap to get my foot in the door.
