Chenxi W.

I am a China-based architect supporting architects, interior designers, developers and hospitality teams with design, drawing review, building-material and FF&E sourcing, quotation comparison and supplier coordination. You can hire me for: • Architectural, masterplan, landscape and interior design • Drawing, BOQ and specification review • China supplier research and background checks • Furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, finishes and building-material sourcing • RFQ preparation and like-for-like quotation comparison • Sample, shop-drawing and production tracking • Chinese-English technical communication • Inspection, consolidation and logistics handover coordination My value is not a generic supplier list. I clarify specifications, record supplier identity, compare MOQ, lead time, Incoterms, payment terms and exclusions, and keep open risks visible before an order is approved. Typical deliverables include marked-up drawings, supplier shortlists, RFQ packages, quotation matrices, material or FF&E schedules, sample trackers, issue logs and progress reports. Send your drawings or product list, quantities, destination, target budget and required date. I will recommend a clear first milestone and deliverable package. Permit, engineering, statutory and destination compliance reviews must be completed by appropriately licensed professionals. Inspection and supplier screening reduce risk but do not replace contracts, warranties or independent audits where required.
