Your business doesn't need another Notion workspace. It needs a system that actually runs your business. Most businesses don't struggle because they're missing software. They struggle because information is scattered, processes live in people's heads, and repetitive work steals hours every week. If your team constantly asks "Where is that?", your problem isn't Notion it's your system. That's where I come in. I help founders, agencies, consultants, coaches, and growing businesses replace disconnected tools with an AI-powered Business Operating System built in Notion. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, documents, CRMs, Slack messages, and multiple apps, you'll have one connected workspace where everything works together seamlessly. I don't build "pretty dashboards." I build business systems that organize your operations, automate repetitive work, improve collaboration, and scale with your business. The result? ✔ Less manual work ✔ Better visibility across your business ✔ Faster execution and decision-making ✔ More accountability for your team ✔ More time to focus on growth instead of managing chaos What I Build Every workspace is designed around your business, not a generic template. I create custom systems including: ✅ Business Operating Systems (Business OS) ✅ Company HQ & Executive Dashboards ✅ CRM & Client Management Systems ✅ Project & Task Management Systems ✅ Knowledge Bases & Internal Wikis ✅ SOP & Documentation Systems ✅ Client Portals ✅ Content Planning Systems ✅ KPI & Reporting Dashboards ✅ AI-Powered Workflows ✅ Workflow Automation & System Integrations Automation & Integrations I don't stop at Notion. I connect your tools into one intelligent workflow using: ✔ Make ✔ n8n ✔ Zapier ✔ Notion API ✔ ChatGPT & Claude AI ✔ Google Workspace ✔ Airtable ✔ Slack ✔ Calendly ✔ Typeform ✔ Google Sheets Your system doesn't just store information it works for you automatically. My Approach Every project starts with understanding how your business actually operates. Before building anything, I map your workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design the right system architecture. Then I build a workspace that's intuitive, scalable, and easy for your team to adopt. My process is simple: 🔍 Audit – Understand your current workflows and identify what's slowing you down. 🧠 Strategy – Design a system around your business processes before creating a single page. ⚙️ Build – Develop your workspace with connected databases, dashboards, and automations. ✅ Refine – Test, optimize, and fine-tune every workflow. 🎓 Handover – Provide documentation, walkthroughs, and training so your team can confidently use the system. 🤝 Ongoing Support – I don't disappear after delivery. I help your workspace evolve as your business grows. Why Clients Work With Me I don't measure success by how beautiful a dashboard looks. I measure success by how much time it saves, how smoothly your team operates, and how confidently your business can scale. My goal is simple: Build a system that becomes the single source of truth for your business one that your team actually enjoys using and one that continues delivering value long after the project is complete. If you're ready to replace scattered tools with a centralized, automated business system designed around how your business actually works, let's build something that saves time, reduces stress, and supports your growth. Send me a message, and let's turn your Notion workspace into the operating system your business deserves.
