Whether you’re planning new construction, a home renovation, or an addition, I translate those priorities into thoughtful floor plans and space planning, exploring how to make your home more comfortable, functional, and personal. I bring residential design, exterior design, and residential interior design together so the architecture and interiors feel cohesive. From the arrangement of rooms to kitchen and bathroom design, materials, and custom millwork, each decision builds on a shared vision for your home. Through accurate 3D modeling and photorealistic 3D renderings, we explore layouts, proportions, and finishes together, giving you a clear understanding of the design before construction begins. I work with homeowners, builders, and residential developers on individual homes and residential developments. My services extend from early design concepts through CAD drafting and permit drawings, with personal attention throughout the process to help carry your vision into construction. Develop floor plan options and refine the layout. 3. Design the exterior and select materials. 4. Work through the interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and finishes. 5. Create 3D renderings to review the design or use for marketing. 6. Prepare construction and permit drawings and coordinate with engineers. 7. Put together furniture plans and purchasing lists.
