Recent one: I built the operating system for a commercial real estate equity firm. Broker outreach, automated deal intake, AI analysis of offering memorandums, matching deals to the right investors, and a voice agent that answers inbound calls and works the lead until it is warm. They went from closing 1 to 2 deals a month to more than 25. I work inside the tools a team already uses rather than around them.
