Davida U.

I help small businesses and solo operators bring order to digital chaos—whether it’s messy books, scattered files, outdated folders, or unstructured data. If it needs doing, I can probably handle it - here’s a sample list: + Bookkeeping & Reconciliation (especially cleanup projects) + QuickBooks Online setup, organization, and review + File migration & folder restructuring (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) + Digital document cleanup—renaming, organizing, linking, and decluttering + Data entry & spreadsheet management with accuracy and efficiency Whether you want me to take the reins or follow a detailed SOP, I’m adaptable and proactive. I work independently, but not in isolation—if I hit a roadblock (a vague transaction, a duplicate file, a confusing label), I’ll ask the right questions to keep the project on track. Small Print: + Receipts matter. If I’m doing your books, I’ll need the backup. + I focus on clarity. My end goal is that you and your team can easily find and use the systems I set up—no mysterious file names or folders called “Misc.” + I promote accuracy over speed. Fast is great, but I care more about getting it right. + I ask questions and solve problems. I won’t just flag something—I’ll suggest how to fix it.
