Guillaume D.

Hello, I'm a bilingual (French native / English fluent) Virtual Assistant Ops who helps growing businesses run smoother operations, one process at a time. 100% Job Success Score and clients who keep coming back for more responsibility, not less. ✅ What I bring to the table: Customer support (FR/EN): fast, clear, professional communication with your clients, inbox management, escalation handling CRM & follow-up: organized records, tracked interactions, nothing falls through the cracks Process documentation: SOPs that are actually usable, so your team never loses knowledge when something changes Workflow automation: Power Automate, Make, n8n, turning repetitive manual tasks into something that just runs Data & reporting: Excel work, light Python for cleaning and structuring data AI-assisted workflows: using Claude and similar tools to speed up responses, reviews, and internal processes Billing & admin: payment tracking, invoicing, keeping the financial side tidy Light content editing: video editing (DaVinci Resolve), social clips (CapCut) 💡 I'm the kind of VA you hand a messy process to and get back something clean, documented, and repeatable. I learn fast, I ask questions upfront instead of guessing, and I care about getting things right, not just done. If you need someone who can handle client communication and quietly build the operational backbone around it, let's talk.
