Emi S.

When a business is growing fast but the operations can't keep up, that's where I come in. I work directly with founders and executives across the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Argentina as their operational right hand — providing executive support, calendar management, email management, and client communication, while bringing structure, visibility, and follow-through to environments where things move fast and nothing can fall through the cracks. Recent results: ▸ Reduced late payment penalties by 15% at an Argentine agricultural company by implementing financial tracking systems from scratch ▸ Supported the opening of a 4th restaurant location and pre-launch groundwork for a 5th for a Tennessee hospitality group ▸ Built a Power BI dashboard that revealed 30% productivity gaps in a NZ manufacturing team — leading to a 20% output improvement ▸ Recovered ARS 1M+ in outstanding receivables through a structured follow-up system What I do: Executive support · Virtual assistance · Administrative support · Calendar management · Email management · Client communication · Scheduling across time zones · Travel planning & booking · Project coordination · SOP development · Workflow optimization · CRM management · KPI tracking & reporting · Financial tracking · AI-assisted operations (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) I'm practical, proactive, and execution-oriented. I don't just plan — I implement. 💬 Bilingual English/Spanish | 🌍 Argentina (UTC-3) — full overlap with US East Coast & Central time
