I’m a Neuro-Affirming Operations Assistant that specializes in creating unique and functional systems out of chaos and overwhelm. I thrive in customization, making sure all workflows work for YOUR flow. I work with clients who are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, etc), because we deserve support that functions on our level, and not the other way around. What's particularly amazing is that what I do, is applicable to anyone in need of operations coordination, because my goal will always be accessibility for all. My passions, education, and experience all have the same central theme. I thrive when I am helping someone. I work hard to understand the specific needs of a client, and then create systems that produce the desired deliverables. I aim to always remain open and flexible so that I can be as accommodating as possible at all times. I have a natural proclivity for multiple interests, which has given me the ability to gain skillsets from multiple fields and repurpose them for whatever task I am faced with.
