Highly motivated and results-driven Truck Dispatcher with hands-on experience in load planning, freight coordination, and carrier–shipper negotiations. Proven track record of working with a local firm where I managed end-to-end dispatch operations, including load booking, rate negotiation, route planning, and real-time coordination with drivers. Acted as a broker between carriers and shippers, consistently securing profitable loads while ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, minimizing deadhead miles, and maximizing operational efficiency. Bringing a strong foundation in customer service and virtual operations from my real estate experience, where I handled client communications, lead generation, and deal coordination through digital platforms. This has strengthened my ability to build trust with clients, communicate professionally, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment skills directly aligned with dispatcher-client interactions and broker relations. In addition, my role as a Supply Chain Officer has equipped me with a deep understanding of logistics, time-sensitive operations, and cost optimization. I have successfully managed inventory flow, coordinated with vendors, and ensured operations were completed within strict deadlines while maintaining cost efficiency and service quality. My analytical approach, combined with strong MS Excel skills, allows me to track shipments, analyze performance, and streamline dispatch processes. I am committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and profit-focused dispatch solutions, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships with carriers and clients.
