Hi, I'm Mark 🙋‍♂️ I’ve saved & generated millions for some of the UK’s biggest brands through 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. I saved over £𝟭.𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 for IG Trading by automating their marketing systems and generated £𝟮.𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 for them through an automated lead generation system. I also automated over 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 of manual processes for the Post Office with Python. The longer, sit-down version (if you've got a minute): Pleasure to meet you! I'm Mark 🙋‍♂️. I’ve delivered multi-million-pound results for some of the UK’s biggest brands by blending AI and automation. From saving over £1.5 million for IG Trading through marketing system automation, to generating £2.5 million via an automated lead generation platform, to automating over 2000 hours of manual processes for the Post Office — I’ve built systems that deliver impact at scale. I’ve led AI initiatives as GenAI Technical Lead at IG Trading, developing solutions like: Conversational voice agents (cutting call handling time by 70%) AI writing tools using Python and Gemini Flash (halving content production time) AI marketing platforms with OpenAI (boosting operational efficiency by 19%) Compliance risk assessment frameworks for generative AI (meeting regulatory standards) I’m fluent in the tools that power modern AI systems: Python, OpenAI, Gemini Flash, Claude, Ollama, Pinecone, Chroma, Whisper, n8n, Make, HighLevel, Air Table, Slack and GitLab CI/CD on Google Cloud. If you’re looking for someone who can build scalable AI systems, deliver measurable ROI, and translate complex technology into business results, I’m your guy. Whether we work together for a week, a quarter, or a year, you can expect high-impact builds, precise execution, and clear communication every step of the way. Looking forward to connecting! Mark
