Each transaction results in a different gift, say $2 donated to charity, and the system tracks each of these charitable contributions and turns them into client-facing reports. I'm continuing that engagement by building its help desk: an AI assistant that answers user questions, opens tickets, and hands off to a person when it should. Before that, I took over a stalled service marketplace and rebuilt it on Next.js and Supabase, running on the whole Stripe stack: Connect onboarding and payouts, Identity verification, Checkr background checks, dispute handling, and webhooks with retry logic for failed payouts. It also has real-time chat and a credit-based refund system, so the platform doesn't absorb processing fees. Client rated it 5 stars: "really amazing... knowledgeable, good communicator." Earlier, I spent four years at Epsilon building ad-tech tools that served billions of impressions, then led a five-person team through a platform restructure at Cynerge Consulting. The work I'm best at: • Marketplaces on Stripe Connect: onboarding, identity, split payments, payouts, disputes • Shopify integrations: webhooks, order and product sync, reporting • SaaS MVPs on Next.js, NestJS and Postgres/Supabase • Taking over a stalled project and getting it to launch • Turning a rough idea into a scope with milestones and a price On AI: I built my own development engine in TypeScript on the Claude Agent SDK, and it runs off Linear. Once I've approved a ticket's plan, it does the work on an isolated branch and runs typecheck, lint, tests and the plan's acceptance checks. It also runs a review pass where a reported bug only counts if it comes with a reproduction. Then it opens a draft PR. Plan approval and the merge stay with me. That's how I can quote fixed prices that move quickly without skipping review. I do my best work on fixed-price projects with clear milestones, especially when you need a v1 built and handed to your team. I'm taking on new projects now.
