Notion Business Systems Expert | CRM, Team Workspaces & Automation

Most small teams don't have a tools problem. They have the same information living in five places: client details in a spreadsheet, tasks in an inbox, processes in a document nobody opens. I build the shared Notion system that replaces that, with automation only where it earns its place. The goal is one workspace your whole team works from. Clients, projects, tasks and processes are connected, every record has a clear owner, and each person sees only what they need. When a process calls for it, I connect your other tools so information lands in the system without someone typing it in. WHAT I BUILD - Business operating systems and team workspaces: a company HQ, dashboards, SOP and knowledge libraries - CRM and client management: contacts, organisations, pipelines, onboarding and follow-up reminders - Project and task systems: linked databases, relations, rollups and views for each role - Access control: who can see and edit what, set up around how your team is organised - Automation with Make com, Zapier and n8n: capturing information from Gmail, Telegram and Google Chat into Notion, with duplicate prevention and error handling - AI-assisted workflows with Claude and ChatGPT: summarising and sorting incoming information, with a person reviewing the output - Fixes for existing workspaces and broken automations: restructuring messy databases, simplifying views, tracing failed workflows HOW I WORK I start with how your team actually works, then design the databases around those relationships. I don't start from a template. Systems are built to be simple enough for a non-technical team to keep running after I'm done. SYSTEMS I'VE BUILT - A Notion executive command center with a master task and project database - Executive assistant capacity dashboards - Gmail, Telegram and Google Chat capture workflows into Notion using Make com - Duplicate prevention with Make com Data Stores, plus error handling for failed runs If your information is spread across too many tools, or an existing Notion workspace or automation has become hard to use, send me a short description of how you work today and what you want to be easier. I'll tell you what I'd build first, and whether Notion is the right place for it.
