Hi, my name is Joelyn, and I’m from the Philippines. I’m currently looking for a work-from-home opportunity where I can apply my skills in customer service, sales, and support. I have 8 years of experience in the BPO industry. I started my career as a Junior Software Engineer and Trainer for one year, followed by four years as a Customer Service Representative for a UK-based retail clothing brand. For the past three years, I’ve focused on sales and appointment setting while working with an Australian company called Monster Group, where I handled both inbound and outbound calls. I worked as a Broker on the said company, assisting customers with billing inquiries, processing new service applications, and offering competitive deals on home utilities such as electricity, solar, gas, and internet plans. This role required strong customer service skills combined with a soft-selling approach. I'm proficient in CRM tools like Zoho and ViciDial and am always eager to learn and adapt to new platforms as needed.
