I am a professionally trained chef, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, with hands-on experience in both hot kitchen and pastry production. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management and Hospitality, allowing me to combine culinary expertise with strong business, operational, and service-oriented thinking. I bring solid experience in research, analysis, and structured problem-solving to support culinary and hospitality projects. I competed in MasterChef Thailand Season 5, placing 12th, where I strengthened my ability to work under pressure, think creatively, and deliver refined plating. I also trained through MasterChef Junior Thailand Season 3, enhancing my ability to adapt culinary concepts for different age groups. In addition to kitchen operations, I have experience teaching cooking and baking to both adults and children, focusing on making culinary techniques accessible, engaging, and practical. I was part of a professional team that prepared a private chef’s table experience for Mr. Robert Downey Jr., requiring a high level of precision, discretion, and teamwork. I am deeply passionate about luxury culinary experiences, health and wellness, real food, and longevity-focused cuisine. I have experience across a wide range of international cuisines and currently run a Private Chef’s Table, with a strong focus on recipe writing, recipe and cookbook development, food styling, and kitchen management.
