I build the tools businesses actually need when spreadsheets stop being enough: custom web applications, automated reconciliation systems, and reporting dashboards with real backend infrastructure. Recent work includes a full financial planning platform for a certified financial planner, with a secure multi-user backend, encrypted logins, admin controls, and cross-device client data management. I've also caught and fixed a reconciliation process silently missing 95 transactions a month, built a competitor analysis tool with automated scoring and PDF export, and built live carrier-integrated dashboards tracking freight claims and compliance issues. I start in Excel when that's the right tool and move to a full web app when it isn't. Either way, the goal is the same: remove manual work, kill errors, and give you something that scales.
