Before my current job I worked doing online research to create personalized communications that lead to obtaining business relationships for an engineering company. Currently working as a retention agent for a Fintech company. Some of my skills include writing, persuasiveness, patience and understanding of client needs, translation, I feel comfortable as a team player and also leading. Every time in which life circumstances have placed me in activities that I might not be to fond of, one thing that I've never allow myself is to be mediocre or not committed just because I'm not really into it. That approach or attitude, has lead my professional journey to gather knowledge on different things that goes from event planning, management of businesses like a clothing store or a hair salon, salesman on a home decor store to a retention agent for a Fintech.
