I don't expect every client to use the same tools, workflows, or way of working. I learn new systems quickly and can become comfortable with unfamiliar processes without requiring extensive training. I also believe good support should feel collaborative. I'll keep you informed, communicate when something needs your attention, ask questions when necessary, and make sure we're aligned — while also being comfortable taking ownership of my responsibilities and moving work forward independently. My preferred way of working is asynchronous and outcome-focused. I'm comfortable with hourly, ongoing, and project-based arrangements, and I work especially well with clients who value clear communication, reliable follow-through, and flexibility rather than constant real-time supervision.
