HubSpot RevOps | CRM Migration, Marketing Automation, AI Integration
I turn messy CRMs and disconnected automations into clean data, pipelines that hold, and reporting leadership can trust. Ten years in B2B sales before five building RevOps. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, CRM migration, marketing automation, AI integration. +65% qualified leads, +30% booked meetings in 14 days, -30% duplicate records, +18% activation and -22% churn in 90 days. WHAT I DO ∙ CRM migration at scale: moved a Pipedrive instance of over 100,000 contacts with their full deal history into HubSpot, zero record loss, attribution intact, no downtime for the sales team, dashboards rebuilt on top. Also GoHighLevel, Attio, Zoho and Customer io in any direction, including multi-CRM setups where marketing and sales run on different systems. ∙ CRM audits at portal scale: I audit through the API, not by clicking around. A recent one covered 28,000 contacts, 70 workflows and 27 integrations, delivered as findings ranked by severity with a section for what must not be touched until someone decides. The two that looked most broken turned out to be intentional. ∙ Automation and integration in n8n, Make and Zapier: I connect your CRM to WhatsApp, email, web forms, databases and third party APIs, with retries and error handling so nothing is processed twice. ∙ CRM architecture and CRM automation in HubSpot and GoHighLevel: pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, sub-accounts, lead scoring, routing and lead nurturing tied to closed revenue. ∙ Marketing automation and email marketing in HubSpot, Customer io, ActiveCampaign and Brevo, including lifecycle programs with control groups. ∙ AI integration: AI agents and AI chatbots that qualify, enrich and route records before a human opens them. ∙ Attribution and reporting in GA4, Looker Studio and Metabase, so the number on the dashboard matches the number in the CRM. HOW I WORK Before building anything I define how the result gets measured. On a fintech rewards program the journeys ran against a 90/10 control group, with conversion recorded at the stage it happened. I also write the specs engineering builds against: 2 tables, 42 fields, 7 webhooks, defining what the CRM owns and what the backend owns. Every build ships with documentation using real IDs, SOPs and a handover session, so your team runs it without me. I follow SPORT: strategy, process, organization, reporting, technology. Technology last, because configuring tools before defining the process is how you end up with a CRM nobody uses. That order comes from the commercial side: I ran sales operations for teams under quota and defended a forecast to a board, so I know what a report has to withstand. STACK CRM: HubSpot (all Hubs), GoHighLevel, Attio, Customer io, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, ActiveCampaign, Brevo Automation and AI: n8n, Make, Zapier, Google Apps Script, OpenAI, Claude Messaging and data: WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, MySQL 20+ certifications including HubSpot RevOps, Sales Hub and Make Advanced. Native Spanish, fluent English.
